- Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.
- Act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a financial compliance role.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory matters clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive approach.
- Proficient in using financial software and Excel.
