How do guests pick a preferred location?
Multi-location sauna and cold plunge operators let guests choose a location each booking, not a saved home location.
When the org runs multiple locations, the booking flow shows a location selector. Guests pick the site for that booking; there is no saved home-location preference in Zettlor today.
What Zettlor does today
Multi-location orgs expose location choice at booking time. Each reservation stores the chosen location. Guests choose again on the next booking unless your marketing site deep-links a location. Staff still see every site on Schedule; preferred location is a guest picker, not a saved home-club setting.

Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Staff expect members to have a saved preferred location. Guests who book the wrong site need desk help moving the reservation to the other location's slot.

- Do not assume a persistent preferred location; guests choose per booking.
