Why does the booking preview show no times?
Diagnose empty sauna and cold plunge booking previews when slots, location, or template status block generation.
Preview is empty when no open slots exist on the schedule, the wrong location is selected, or templates are still in preview mode. Staff must generate slots and verify location and template status.
What Zettlor does today
Guest preview lists open slots on the schedule for the chosen offering and location. No slots means no times. Preview-mode templates do not publish to guests until promoted. Wrong location filter shows an empty day.
This behavior is partial: some of it is live, and the rest is a desk workaround rather than a missing settings screen you should hunt for. Guest booking, cancel, and credit self-serve steps stay on Help. This page is for operators.

Scheduling → Configuration to generate and promote; Schedule to confirm open slots; check location on guest flow.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Operators publish an offering but never run generation. Preview stays empty while Schedule also shows no rows for guests.

How to do this
- Open Scheduling → Configuration for the offering.
- Confirm templates are not stuck in preview mode and match the guest-facing location.
- Wait for the schedule to generate overnight or generate from the template tools; verify open slots on Schedule.
- On guest preview, confirm the same location the templates target.
- Close or override slots only on Schedule if specific times should stay hidden.
