How do I hide a private event behind an access code?
Turn on Hidden (only visible with access code) on the offering so it stays off public browse. Store → Promos does not attach that unlock to a code.
On the offering under Scheduling → Configuration, turn on Hidden (only visible with access code). That keeps the sauna or cold plunge service off public catalog surfaces. Store → Promos can discount a cart; it does not include a control that reveals a hidden offering.
What Zettlor does today
Offerings have Hidden (only visible with access code). Staff can still book the hidden offering from Schedule. Store → Promos has no offering-unlock field, so a discount code does not reveal the hidden service. For a guest-facing private URL, use a private event or a Pages → Store page with Visibility set to Private Link.
This behavior is live in Zettlor today for a commercial sauna and cold plunge room. Guest booking, cancel, and credit self-serve steps stay on Help. This page is for operators.
Desk path
Scheduling → Configuration → offering → Hidden (only visible with access code). Book invited guests from Schedule. Do not invent a Store → Promos control that reveals hidden offerings.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Staff create a discount promo expecting it to unlock a hidden offering. Guests still cannot browse the service, and the promo only tries to discount a visible cart.
Operator example
Rytual turns on Hidden (only visible with access code) for a member-only cold plunge offering so it stays off the public booking page, then books invited guests from Schedule.
A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand's private pricing or customer lists.
How to do this
- Open the sauna or cold plunge offering under Scheduling → Configuration.
- Turn on Hidden (only visible with access code).
- Generate or confirm slots, then book invited guests from Schedule.
- If guests need a URL, share a private event or a Pages → Store Private Link rather than a Store → Promos discount code.
