How do I book a sauna plus a treatment add-on in one flow?

Combine sauna or cold plunge access with catalog add-ons in one checkout; separate practitioner treatments need a second offering.

ZettlorUpdated August 26, 2026

Session checkout supports add-ons from the offering catalog on the same reservation. A treatment sold as a one-to-one practitioner offering is a separate offering and is not automatically chained in one flow.

What Zettlor does today

Add-ons on a shared-capacity sauna or cold plunge offering attach at checkout on one reservation. Practitioner treatments as one-to-one offerings require a second booking unless you sell the treatment as an add-on catalog item on the session.

This behavior is partial: some of it is live, and the rest is a desk workaround rather than a missing settings screen you should hunt for. Guest booking, cancel, and credit self-serve steps stay on Help. This page is for operators.

Desk path

Offering add-on catalog for session extras; separate offering create for one-to-one treatments; Schedule for two bookings if needed.

Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.

Failure mode

Operators create a one-to-one treatment offering and expect it to bundle into sauna checkout. Guests must complete two flows unless the treatment is an add-on item.

Operator example

Alchemy sells sauna access with a recovery add-on in one checkout; massage as a one-to-one offering is booked as a second appointment on Schedule.

A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand's private pricing or customer lists.

How to do this

  1. List session extras as add-on catalog items on the sauna or cold plunge offering.
  2. Test guest checkout: base slot plus add-ons on one reservation.
  3. For practitioner treatments, decide: add-on item on the session or separate one-to-one offering.
  4. If separate, book the treatment as a second offering on Schedule or guest flow.
  5. Align treatment timing with session buffers so slots do not overlap illegally.

Can sauna and a massage book in one checkout?

Only if the massage is an add-on on the session offering. One-to-one massage is a separate offering and booking.

How do staff bundle at the desk?

Add add-ons on desk checkout for the session, or create two reservations on Schedule for session plus treatment.
