How do I stop a member booking the same session twice?
Reduce duplicate sauna and cold plunge bookings with configurable limits, not a hard unique constraint per customer and slot.
Configurable booking limits can cap how many reservations a customer holds per window. There is no hard block that prevents the same customer from booking the same slot twice.
What Zettlor does today
Booking limit rules can reduce double bookings for the same customer. Limits are partial protection: a determined guest or import can still create duplicates. Desk can cancel the extra reservation when limits do not block it.

Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Operators assume the system blocks every duplicate automatically. Without limit rules, the same member can confirm two seats on one slot.

How to do this
- Review Scheduling → Configuration for booking limit rules on your org.
- Set per-customer or per-offering limits that match how many slots one member should hold.
- Test checkout: attempt a second booking for the same slot and confirm limit messaging.
- Monitor Schedule for duplicates that limits did not block.
- Cancel or merge extra reservations at the desk when duplicates appear.
