How do we tell guests their account is ready?

After you publish, Go Live shows notes you can copy to guests and a desk card. Zettlor does not email the list when import finishes.

ZettlorUpdated September 24, 2026

You send the note. After you publish on Advanced → Migration, Go Live shows a day-before note, a booking-open note, and a desk card. Zettlor does not email guests when an import finishes.

What Zettlor does today

Go Live on a published migration run shows copy-ready guest notes and four desk replies. Guest sign-in stays a 6-digit code. Guest booking and account steps stay on Help. This page is for operators.

Acuity or Momence does not close itself. Turn off new bookings there the same hour you publish.

Desk path

Open Advanced → Migration and publish Zettlor as the live booking system. Copy the day-before note and the booking-open note from Go Live and send them from the studio. Keep the desk card at the host stand.

Do not look for a send button on Go Live. Import does not mail the list.

Failure mode

Staff expect Zettlor to email every guest at import. Guests hear nothing, then the old booking page is already off.

Operator example

Haum copied the day-before note into their own email the night before publish, then copied the booking-open note the next morning. The desk used the card when a membership was on the wrong profile.

How to do this

  1. Finish the import and confirm a sample membership is on the right guest.
  2. Publish on Advanced → Migration.
  3. Copy the day-before note and send it from the studio.
  4. Copy the booking-open note when the schedule is live.
  5. Keep the desk card at the host stand for missing memberships and missing codes.
