What Zettlor does today
A setting controls which booking system is live: Zettlor or your old scheduler. Advanced → Migration is where you publish the switch. After you publish, guests book open slots on Zettlor. Acuity or Momence does not close itself; you turn off new bookings there.

Desk path
Open Advanced → Migration. When templates and inventory are ready, publish Zettlor as the live booking system. Confirm the public booking page shows Zettlor times.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
You flip before slots are generated. The booking preview shows no times, and guests bounce while the old calendar is already off.

Alchemy generated two weeks of sauna and cold plunge slots, imported the near-term reservations, then published Zettlor as the live booking system on Advanced → Migration during a Monday lull.

- Import or recreate near-term reservations.
- Open Advanced → Migration and publish Zettlor as the live booking system.
- Turn off new bookings on the legacy scheduler the same hour so seats are not double-sold.
