Desk path
Give guests https://www.zettlor.com/c/your-handle/account or your branded domain equivalent. They enter email, complete the one-time code step, and see upcoming sauna and cold plunge sessions. Staff can demo the flow from a test booking if needed.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Operators send guests to a generic login or staff dashboard. Guests cannot find bookings because the public account URL pattern was never communicated at the desk.
