How do I export a booking ledger and session attendance as CSV?

Export reservations, transactions, revenue, and daily usage CSVs—the daily usage CSV shows counts, not a guest attendance list.

ZettlorUpdated August 26, 2026

Staff export booking ledger data as date-windowed CSVs—reservations, transactions, revenue, and daily usage—from operating reports. The daily usage CSV summarizes usage metrics, not a per-guest sauna and cold plunge attendance roster, so partial coverage is the honest answer for attendance exports.

What Zettlor does today

Reports at Analytics → Operating reports expose reservations, transactions, revenue, and daily usage CSV exports with date filters. The daily usage CSV is not an attendance roster—it is usage analytics, not every name on site for a session.

This behavior is partial: some of it is live, and the rest is a desk workaround rather than a missing settings screen you should hunt for. Guest booking, cancel, and credit self-serve steps stay on Help. This page is for operators.

Desk path

Open Analytics → Operating reports, pick reservations for booking ledger lines and transactions for payments, set your date window, and download. Use the daily usage CSV only when you need usage aggregates—not when you need a check-in roster.

Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.

Failure mode

Operators download the daily usage CSV expecting every guest name in the sauna. They get usage counts and think check-in data was deleted.

Operator example

Alchemy pulls reservations and transactions CSVs for January ledger review, and uses desk check-in views—not the daily usage CSV—for who actually attended cold plunge sessions.

A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand's private pricing or customer lists.

How to do this

  1. Go to Analytics → Operating reports.
  2. Export reservations and transactions CSVs for your ledger date window.
  3. Use the daily usage CSV only for usage summaries; pull attendance names from desk or reservation detail instead.

Does the daily usage CSV list every attendee?

No. The daily usage CSV shows usage counts, not a session attendance roster.

Which export is the booking ledger?

Reservations plus transactions CSVs from Analytics → Operating reports for the period you need.
