How do I see membership revenue billed versus sessions members actually used?
Revenue and utilization reports exist. There is no dedicated billed-versus-burned membership liability report.
You can export revenue and utilization CSVs for the sauna and cold plunge room. There is no dedicated report that lines membership invoices against session credits burned, so billed-versus-used is a desk export exercise, not a liability screen.
What Zettlor does today
Staff reports include revenue, reservations, transactions, and daily usage CSVs. Utilization is not the same as a membership liability ledger. Gift-card and credit balances also sit in more than one system.
This behavior is partial: some of it is live, and the rest is a desk workaround rather than a missing settings screen you should hunt for. Guest booking, cancel, and credit self-serve steps stay on Help. This page is for operators.
Desk path
Analytics → Operating reports. Export revenue and usage for the date window you need. There is no Settings → Membership liability.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Operators quote unused included sessions as deferred revenue from a report that does not exist, then the accountant restates year-end.
Operator example
Alchemy exports monthly revenue plus daily usage, then the bookkeeper matches Stripe membership invoices to visits outside Zettlor. They do not wait for a billed-vs-burned screen.
A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand's private pricing or customer lists.
How to do this
- Open Analytics → Operating reports.
- Export revenue for the period you billed memberships.
- Export usage or reservations for sessions members actually attended.
- Reconcile in your spreadsheet; do not expect a dedicated liability report.
