Guests subscribe to personal ICS feeds; staff run one ops schedule on Schedule and staff calendar feed.
Guest ICS feeds show the guest their own bookings and subscribed events. Ops uses one Schedule view plus staff calendar feed, not the guest personal feed.
What Zettlor does today
Guests get per-customer or event ICS URLs for their calendar app. Staff operations stay on Schedule for all sauna and cold plunge sessions. Staff calendar feed powers staff calendar subscriptions separate from guest ICS.
