How do I override one session (hide, cancel, or change capacity) without changing the rest of the schedule?
Close, cap, or hide a single sauna or cold plunge slot without editing the underlying repeating schedule template.
Use Schedule per-slot controls to mark one slot open or closed, or override capacity. Repeating schedule templates stay intact; only that one generated slot changes.
What Zettlor does today
Each generated slot can be toggled open or closed and given a capacity override. The change applies only to that session. Templates and future generated slots are unaffected unless you edit the template itself.

Desk path
Schedule → select the slot → open/closed toggle or capacity override.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Staff edit the repeating schedule template thinking it is a one-off change. That alters every future generated slot, not only today's row.
Operator example
Alchemy closes one Saturday cold plunge slot for maintenance on Schedule while Sunday slots from the same template stay open at full capacity.
A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand's private pricing or customer lists.
How to do this
- Open Schedule and find the specific sauna or cold plunge slot to change.
- Toggle open or closed to hide or cancel that single session for guests.
- Set a capacity override if you need fewer seats without changing the template default.
- Confirm guest booking preview no longer shows the closed slot or shows the new cap.
- Leave repeating schedule templates unchanged unless you want every future occurrence to match.
