How do I set shared-capacity seats on a sauna or cold plunge session?
Capacity is per-slot seats with ceiling from event, space, and slot; sauna and cold plunge are usually separate spaces.
Each slot has a seat count; effective capacity is the ceiling across event, space, and the slot. Shared-capacity sessions use concurrent seat limits on overlapping slots on the same space or location.

Sauna barrel and cold plunge pool are separate spaces with independent seat counts unless you attach both to one shared resource, which is unusual. Buyouts use a space buyout lock. Overlapping slots on the same space share concurrent seat limits, not separate appointment calendars.
