What Zettlor does today
You check guests in and out on the guest row for each booking. The schedule shows who is checked in and flags likely overstays. There is no automatic extra-time charge—ring up another session or pass at the desk for additional sauna and cold plunge time.

Desk path
From Schedule, open the session, check in each guest on arrival, and check them out when they leave. If someone wants more time, sell another session or pass at the desk instead of expecting an auto fee.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Guests who are never checked in will not appear in building occupancy. Without a desk sale, extra time is not billed automatically, so revenue from overstays depends on staff action.
