How do we know who is in the building right now?

Use staff schedule occupancy from checked-in guests to see who is on site for sauna and cold plunge sessions.

ZettlorUpdated August 26, 2026

Building presence comes from guests marked checked in on the staff schedule, not a separate badge or access-control system. The list is only as complete as your check-in habit—guests who skip check-in will not appear.

What Zettlor does today

Schedule shows occupancy from checked-in guests on active bookings. There is no standalone building access log or door badge integration—your on-site list reflects who staff checked in.

This behavior is partial: some of it is live, and the rest is a desk workaround rather than a missing settings screen you should hunt for. Guest booking, cancel, and credit self-serve steps stay on Help. This page is for operators.

Desk path

Open Schedule, filter to the current time block, and review checked-in guests across sauna and cold plunge sessions. Check in stragglers at the desk so the occupancy view stays accurate.

Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.

Failure mode

Walk-ins or members who enter without check-in will be invisible on the schedule. Treat occupancy as operational guidance, not a security-grade headcount.

Operator example

At Ro, the desk lead scans the afternoon schedule to see which sauna guests are checked in and sends staff to find anyone still in the room after checkout warnings appear.

A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand's private pricing or customer lists.

How to do this

  1. Open Schedule for the current sauna and cold plunge block.
  2. Confirm each expected guest is checked in as they arrive.
  3. Review the checked-in list to see who is likely still on site.
  4. Check guests out when they leave so the live count stays accurate.
  5. Use overstay warnings alongside occupancy when the floor feels full.

Is this connected to door badges or key cards?

No. Zettlor does not integrate with a separate building access system. Presence is based on guest check-in state on the staff schedule.

Why is someone missing from the in-building view?

They were probably never checked in. Check them in at the desk or kiosk so they appear in occupancy for their sauna and cold plunge session.
