How do I set up family accounts so a parent can book dependents without their own email?

On CRM → Customers, link people with Family or Guardian of. You can add guests without an email from the desk. Public checkout still expects a contact email, so family booking without child email is partial—handle those guests at the desk until the public flow is polished.

Duplicate tools offer Family and Guardian of links. Desk bookings can add guests without email. Online booking still wants a contact email on the checkout path, so child-without-email flows are not fully self-serve.
