On CRM → Customers, open Merge Customer, select the duplicate to absorb, and confirm. Credits and bookings follow the profile you keep. Undo is available if you need to reverse a mistaken merge.

Failure mode
Merging the wrong direction can briefly confuse waiver or credit history until undo. Always confirm which profile has the active membership before merging.

- Search CRM → Customers and identify the duplicate profiles.
- Decide which guest record should survive—usually the one with the active membership or credits.
- Open the surviving profile and start Merge Customer.
- Select the duplicate profile to absorb and confirm the merge.
- Verify bookings, credits, and waivers on the surviving profile; use undo if you merged the wrong way.
