Under Scheduling → Waivers, maintain separate templates, set which are required for booking or membership, and check the guest profile before admitting someone to a sauna and cold plunge session.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
If only one template is required online, members may sign the session waiver but miss the membership agreement until staff catch it at the desk.

At Ro, session waivers are required at booking while the membership agreement is collected at signup; desk staff confirm both templates show signed before issuing a member band.
