Desk path
Search the guest in CRM → Customers, review waiver status on their profile, or open the guest row on the schedule to confirm signing before check-in.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
If you only look at the booking list without opening the guest profile or guest row, you can miss an expired or missing signature and delay check-in.
