How do I set when unused session credits on a punch pack expire?
Punch packs use Valid for (days) on the product or an expiration date on the credit. Membership sessions-per-period reset; they do not expire-forward like a pack.
Set Valid for (days) on the punch-pack product, or an expiration date on the credit, so unused sauna and cold plunge punches expire. Membership included sessions reset each billing period; they are not a pack expiry calendar.
What Zettlor does today
Pass and gift-card products have Valid for (days) and Never expires. Credits store an expiration date. A remaining punch-pack balance expires. Visit memberships refill/reset on the period boundary instead of carrying a decaying pack balance.

Desk path
Store → Products → punch pack → Valid for (days). Inspect the expiration date on the customer credit. Do not use Sessions per period when you mean a pack that expires.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Operators set sessions per period on a pack-shaped product, then wonder why unused punches reset on a billing date instead of expiring 90 days after purchase.
Operator example
Alchemy's 10-pack expires 90 days after purchase. A guest with two punches left after day 90 cannot book; they buy another pack rather than waiting for a membership reset.
A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand's private pricing or customer lists.
How to do this
- Open the punch-pack product under Store → Products.
- Set Valid for (days), or leave Never expires off and set an expiration date when granting.
- Confirm the customer credit shows an expiration date.
- Do not confuse this with membership sessions per period, which reset rather than expire-forward.
