How do I give members an earlier booking window than drop-ins?
Booking-window rules can target active membership so members book sauna and cold plunge sessions before drop-ins.
Set booking-window rules with the active-membership audience so members can book farther ahead, or closer to start, than drop-ins. Scheduling → Configuration is the path; the window is not a separate membership perk toggle on the product.
What Zettlor does today
Booking window rules support an active-membership audience. Minimum advance and maximum advance can differ by audience. Drop-in guests keep the default window. This is independent of punch packs unless those guests also have an active membership.

Desk path
Scheduling → Configuration. Add or edit booking window constraints for active membership versus everyone else.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Operators hide peak slots entirely, then wonder why drop-ins never see them. Early access should open the same slots sooner for members, not delete drop-in inventory.
Operator example
Rytual lets members book the 7am sauna 14 days out and drop-ins only 7. Both audiences still buy the same shared-capacity slot once it is in their window.
A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand's private pricing or customer lists.
How to do this
- Open Scheduling → Configuration.
- Set maximum advance and minimum advance for the default audience.
- Add an active-membership constraint with the earlier (or closer) window you want.
- Preview as a member and as a drop-in on the same sauna or cold plunge slot.

No. It changes when each audience can book. Capacity is still shared unless you use other access rules.
