What marketing data can we export from Momence?
Momence holds marketing lists and history. Zettlor does not ship a Momence marketing-export product.
Export marketing lists in Momence, then import customers into Zettlor. Zettlor does not pull Momence campaigns or automations; you export what you need from Momence first.
What Zettlor does today
Momence is a legacy booking provider. Zettlor import wants customer records, not a Momence email-platform export. Campaign history, tags, and automations stay in Momence unless you export them there.
This behavior is partial: some of it is live, and the rest is a desk workaround rather than a missing settings screen you should hunt for. Guest booking, cancel, and credit self-serve steps stay on Help. This page is for operators.
Desk path
Export CSV from Momence. Import customers via Advanced → Import. Zettlor has no Settings → Momence marketing export.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Operators expect Zettlor to replay Momence automations on day one. Guests get silence, then they assume cutover lost the list.

Alchemy downloaded their Momence customer CSV, imported into Zettlor, and kept email campaigns in their existing mail tool rather than waiting for a Zettlor Momence exporter.
A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand's private pricing or customer lists.
How to do this
- Export customers and any lists you need from Momence.
- Import into Zettlor with matching on email and phone.
- Keep marketing sends in the tool that already has the list.
- Do not look for a Zettlor Momence marketing exporter; it is not a product.
