How do I embed my live sauna and cold plunge timetable on my own website?

Zettlor provides an embeddable booking widget so guests see live sauna and cold plunge availability on your own site.

Yes — Zettlor provides an embeddable booking widget you can place on your own site so guests see live sauna and cold plunge availability without leaving your brand. Published FAQ answers describe an iframe-style widget that inherits your booking-page configuration; embed settings live in the operator dashboard.

What Zettlor does today

Embedding is a confirmed product capability: guests browse sessions on your website, and booking continues through your Zettlor booking experience rather than a static screenshot of last week’s hours. The widget should stay current as you change the schedule, because it reads live availability rather than a hand-edited HTML table.

Zettlor has not published a labeled click-path with screenshots yet. Open the embed or booking-page settings area in your operator dashboard, copy the snippet your org exposes, and paste it into your site builder’s embed or custom-code block.

Guest book / cancel flows stay on Help. This page is for operators who own the marketing site.

Desk path

Operator dashboard → booking page / embed settings (confirm the exact label in your org). Copy the iframe or embed snippet. Paste into Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress, Framer, or another builder’s embed / HTML block. Publish a draft page first and verify width, theme, and that sessions load.

Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path — for example, a prominent Book now button that deep-links to your Zettlor booking URL until embed is configured.

Failure mode

Marketing pastes a stale screenshot of the week into the homepage. Guests book against hours that changed after a heater outage or seasonal shift, then argue at the door. Another failure: treating the embed as a full in-iframe checkout when your build opens booking on the Zettlor booking page (or a new tab). Prices, membership rates, gift cards, and waivers must still work on the real booking surface — do not promise “checkout without leaving the CMS” unless your embed actually completes payment in place.

A third failure: changing the booking URL / slug after pasting the snippet, then wondering why the homepage widget 404s. Re-copy the snippet after any booking-page address change.

Operator example

A neighborhood sauna and cold plunge room pastes the live timetable embed under “Hours & book” on its marketing site. Guests scan tonight’s shared blocks from Instagram bio → site → embed, then finish checkout on the Zettlor booking page where member credits and waivers already work. The founder stops rebuilding a Canva hours graphic every Sunday.

A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand’s private pricing or customer lists.

How to do this

  1. Confirm your public booking page shows the correct rooms, seats, and timezone for every sauna and cold plunge offering you want guests to see.
  2. Open the operator dashboard embed / booking-page settings and copy the snippet provided for your org.
  3. On your website, add an embed or custom-code block where the timetable should appear and paste the snippet unchanged.
  4. Publish a preview page first. Check mobile width, dark/light theme match, and that sold-out vs open sessions read correctly.
  5. Click through one session end-to-end on a test product and confirm checkout, credits, and waivers still behave on the booking page.
  6. If you later change the booking URL, replace every pasted snippet. Prefer a Book now deep link as a fallback if a builder strips scripts on your plan.

Does the embed replace my Zettlor booking page?

Usually no. Treat the widget as browse / discover on your domain. Complete booking on the configured booking page so memberships, gift cards, and policies stay correct.

Do I need a developer?

Most site builders expose an embed or HTML block. If your plan strips scripts, use a Book now button to the booking URL instead of fighting the CMS.

Will search engines index a second copy of my sessions?

Keep one canonical booking URL. The embed is a display surface on your site, not a second public timetable you want ranking separately.
