How do I turn this week's schedule into an Instagram or Facebook image without rebuilding it in Canva?
Zettlor does not ship a documented one-click share-this-week Instagram card. Keep the live schedule correct, then link or screenshot it for social.
Zettlor does not ship a documented one-click “share this week as an Instagram PNG” card. do not invent a Share card menu — start from your live sauna and cold plunge schedule and use the workaround below.
What Zettlor does today
Your live schedule and booking page are the source of truth for what is on this week. Guests should book against that surface (or an embed of it), not against a hand-drawn graphic that drifts after you close a slot for maintenance.
There is no published Share → Download card → caption path in Zettlor. What you can do today: keep the schedule correct in Zettlor, then export or capture a truthful representation for social — or deep-link Stories and posts straight to the booking page / embed so the image is only creative, not inventory.
This page is for operators. Guest booking stays on Help.
Desk path
Not in product as a documented one-click social card. Workaround options, best first:
- Post a Story or feed post that links (or stickers) to your live booking URL / embed — caption carries the hours; inventory stays live.
- Screenshot the public booking page or Schedule week view after you have closed / overridden any slots that should not sell, then crop to 4:5 in your phone editor or Canva.
- If your org can export a week CSV or print a day view, use that as the text source for a Canva template so you are not retyping times from memory.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Sunday-night Canva rebuilds from memory. By Wednesday the graphic still shows a canceled infrared block and a full cold plunge as “open.” Guests arrive for a session that Schedule already closed. A second failure: posting seat counts on a static image (“3 left”) that goes stale in an hour while the feed post lives for days.
Operator example
A coastal sauna and cold plunge operator stops rebuilding the week in Canva. They post a branded photo with a “Book this week” sticker to the live booking link, and only screenshot the booking page when they need a visual grid for a partner hotel’s Instagram. Inventory stays correct because the sticker opens Zettlor, not a PNG of Tuesday’s seats.
A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand’s private pricing or customer lists.
How to do this
- Clean the live week first: override closed slots, publish one-offs, archive or hide anything that should not sell.
- Prefer linking social posts to the live booking page or site embed so guests always see current seats.
- If you need a grid image, open the public booking page (or Schedule) after cleanup and capture a screenshot — do not rebuild times from a notebook.
- Crop to 4:5 for Instagram feed if required; leave seat counts out of the image so the graphic cannot lie tomorrow.
- Put the booking URL in the caption or sticker. Treat the image as marketing, not inventory.
- If product later ships a Share-week card, replace this workaround and update this guide when that ships — do not pretend the card exists before it does.

Why not just keep using Canva?
You can — but type from the live schedule, not from last week’s file. The failure mode is stale inventory, not the design tool.
Can I post a day instead of a week?
Yes. A single busy Saturday or a one-off event often reads better than seven thin columns. Still link to live booking.
Does an embed replace the social image?
For the website, yes — use the embed guide. For Instagram/Facebook, you still need a post creative; keep inventory on the linked booking page.
