Waivers match the guest by email or phone on their profile. Each signed waiver stays tied to that individual guest for legal purposes. Signing applies to the person, not a household—guests without email cannot receive an invite.

You search by email or phone to find waiver status on a guest profile. The signed waiver keeps the guest name and contact on file. Remote invites require an email address on the guest record.

Look up the guest by email or phone in CRM → Customers before check-in. Send a waiver invite only when email is on file; otherwise use Sign waiver at the sauna and cold plunge entrance.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Typos or duplicate profiles split waiver history across records. Guests without email cannot be invited remotely, which slows door flow if you rely on email-only outreach.
