Purchased packs and passes is per event. Regular sessions keep their own credit rules. Blocking packs on one event does not hide the pack product or stop it on weekday sessions.

Desk path
Open the event under Scheduling → Events. Turn off Purchased packs and passes. Leave Membership-granted credits on if members should still spend membership credits. Do not hide the pack product from sale.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Staff hide the punch pack product from sale to block one event, and regular sauna sessions stop accepting packs for everyone.
Operator example
Alchemy's members-only solstice event turns off punch packs so founding members use membership credits, while weekday shared sessions still take 10-packs.
A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand's private pricing or customer lists.
How to do this
- Open the event that should reject packs under Scheduling → Events.
- Turn off Purchased packs and passes.
- Leave regular slot templates unchanged.
- Book a test punch-pack guest on a weekday session and on the event to confirm the split.
