How do I hide a founding or corporate membership and sell it only by a private link?

Set the membership product or store entry to a private link so it does not appear on the public store but still sells by URL.

ZettlorUpdated August 26, 2026

Mark the membership private link (or equivalent unlisted store visibility) and share the URL. Founding and corporate sauna and cold plunge plans stay off the public catalog while the link still checks out.

What Zettlor does today

Keep the membership Published on Store → Products so the URL still sells. Put it on a Pages → Store page with Visibility set to Private Link, or copy the product URL from the shareable-link fields on Store → Products. Unchecking Published stops new purchase. Existing subscribers are unaffected. Pages → Links is the org link directory (booking, events, self check-in), not the product private URL.

This behavior is live in Zettlor today for a commercial sauna and cold plunge room. Guest booking, cancel, and credit self-serve steps stay on Help. This page is for operators.

Desk path

Store → Products: leave Published on, then copy the product shareable URL. Or Pages → Store → Visibility → Private Link. Do not uncheck Published if you only meant to hide the plan from the public catalog.

Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.

Failure mode

Staff uncheck Published on the membership and the private URL stops selling. Founding members cannot buy, and corporate invoices stall.

Operator example

Reddit NYC keeps a corporate contrast membership on a private link for the office manager. Walk-up guests never see it on the public store.

A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand's private pricing or customer lists.

How to do this

  1. Open the membership under Store → Products and leave Published on.
  2. Copy the product shareable URL, or add the plan to a Pages → Store page and set Visibility to Private Link.
  3. Send that URL; confirm a test checkout without listing the plan on the public store.
  4. Do not uncheck Published if the private URL must still sell.

No. Unchecking Published stops new purchase. Private Link on Pages → Store keeps a URL that still sells while the membership stays Published.

Do current members lose the plan when I hide it?

Unchecking Published does not cancel existing Stripe subscriptions. See sunset-plan if you are taking the plan off the shelf.
