How do I stop selling a membership without cutting off people already on it?

What Zettlor does today
Published on Store → Products controls new purchase. Unchecking it leaves the product in draft. Existing subscriptions continue until they cancel or fail in Stripe. Credits on those members keep spending while status stays active and spendable. Unpublishing is how you retire a founding sauna and cold plunge rate without a mass cancel in Stripe.

Desk path
Store → Products → uncheck Published on the membership. Confirm existing members still show active on CRM → Customers.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Staff cancel every Stripe subscription to “take the plan down,” then founding members lose access overnight.
Operator example
Rytual stops selling the founding rate publicly. Current founding members keep billing; only new guests are pushed to the current monthly plan.
A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand's private pricing or customer lists.
How to do this
- Open the membership product.
- Uncheck Published.
- Do not cancel Stripe subscriptions unless you intend to end those members.
- Confirm an existing member can still book a sauna or cold plunge seat with their credit.
